October Is a Product Wave, Not Just a New Set
The latest Pokémon TCG shopping calendar is about different ways to collect and play with 30th Celebration, alongside a new deck-building product. Pokémon’s official October announcement separates the month into three release dates. As of 13 October 2026, the first wave has launched; the later two waves are still upcoming.
Released on 2 October
The 30th Celebration Booster Bundle contains six expansion booster packs. 30th Celebration Mini Tins offer two packs, a sticker sheet, and a collectible art card, with ten tin designs across day and night artwork.
Two other products arrive in the same wave: a Mini Portfolio that stores up to 60 cards and includes a booster, and an Enhanced 2-Pack Blister featuring foil Gengar, Marshadow, and Team Rocket’s Mimikyu cards, a coin, and two boosters. Do not assume those two products contain anniversary packs: the official roundup describes their packs simply as Pokémon TCG booster packs.
Scheduled for 23 October
The Deck Crafter’s Collection is aimed at players. It includes a foil Meowth ex, 39 Trainer cards, a Deck Crafter’s Guide, nine labelled dividers, and one booster. It is a collection of deck-building ingredients, not a complete ready-to-play 60-card deck.
Scheduled for 30 October
The 30th Celebration Battle Decks feature Espeon ex or Umbreon ex. Each is an all-foil 60-card deck. The Espeon version includes an illustration rare-style Victini promo; the Umbreon version includes a Zeraora promo in a similar style.
Match the Product to Your Goal
- Opening anniversary packs: compare delivered cost per pack for bundles, tins, and existing September boxes.
- Collecting guaranteed cards: choose the promo you actually want instead of paying for random pulls.
- Learning to play: a Battle Deck is a more direct starting point than a pile of boosters.
- Improving an existing deck: inspect the Deck Crafter’s card list before buying duplicate staples.
These are dates from the US announcement, not a guarantee of stock in every UK shop. Confirm local availability, dispatch timing, and the exact product version before ordering. No product here guarantees profitable pulls.
